Return Policy

How to request an item return:

You may request a return for any wrong unopened items or faulty merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 5 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund or replacement item.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, changed my mind, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. Please make your selections carefully.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

E-mail address
Original Order Confirmation Number
Your reason for returning the merchandise

Please return the merchandise to our mailing address:

We do not accept returns for items delivered/received in good condition or defects related to items manufacture. All returns must be shipped back to perfumeworldstore.com using a trackable courier(UPS, FedEx, or DHL)

Any package that has not been received by perfumeworldstore.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
